Tasty Prawn Noodle in Rivar Valley Area

Stall No.4 Big Prawn Noodle,
Zion Riverside Food Centre
a.k.a Noo Cheng Adam Road Prawn Noodle

I think $5 for such a delicious noodle is inexpensive nowaday. The noodle is just nice not too hard or too soft, soup is so testy, I guessed it's because of the stewed pork rib soup.

The chunky pork rib seen in this photo is tender, juicy and good taste, plenty of big prawn added (although it's smaller than it's shown in the signage.

Best to order is "Dry Noodle with Chilli Paste", it's come with a bowl of soup. That's will make you come back again and again.

at Ramen Ten (Shin Tokyo Sushi) Restaurant

Salmon Gunkan (Spicy Salmon) Sushi
at Ramen Ten (Shin Tokyo Sushi) Restaurant

Hardly find Japanese Restaurant with Halal Certificate in Singapore. I dashed in Ramen Ten Restaurant (Shin Tokyo Sushi Restaurant) East Plaza, Scott Road, Singapore #01-22 and Taste. Just wonder if the original Japanese recipes been modified to be Halal and lost the originality.

The Mixed Sashimi & Salmon Gunkan (Spicy Salmon Sushi) has 'Taste Original, Fresh & Delicious'. Atmosphere is just OK, but the services i had is quite alright, staff are friendly and helpful.

Ramen Ten (Shin Tokyo Sushi) Restaurant also serve various type of Ramen (Japanese Noodle) It look quite good as well. I might try it in the next visit.

I gave it:

Atmosphere: 3.5
Price: 4

Rated: 3.9 out of 5

Ajisen's Secret…. There is something peculiar about Ajisen Ramen and it's all in the soup. Our Ramen's Tonkotsu soup can help to prevent aging! The Japanese Society of Nutrition & Food Science announced in a general meeting, “The intake of collagen contained in the bones and cartilage, etc prevents aging.” Collagen is a protein, mainly found in the skin, tendon, bone, cartilage and other connective tissues. This protein is the essence of life because it easily makes up one third of the 60 trillion body cells. And our Tonkotsu soup has lots of collagen!

What is health without taste? A feature of Kumamoto Ramen is Senmiyu; a rich brown sauce that accompanies the fair Tonkotsu soup. Our unique culinary methods ensure that all the flavors are sealed into the sauce. In fact, we guarantee that your taste-buds will be bowled over by our Tonkotsu/Senmiyu combination!
